RUES Hotel Interim Management (RHIM) is the newest brand launched in 2005 - of RUES Hotel Management & Consulting that was founded by Eberhardt H. Rues in 1976.
We are a small but diversified hotel consultancy firm dedicated to important issues on the national and international market, offering a wide range of services, with a distinctive vision and approach toward diversity of three principal objectives:

The Management: The Challenging Approach (MCA) (1) is Rues proven tool of strategic problem solving for over 20 years. The MCA was implemented first at the former El Salvador Sheraton, San Salvador, 1983 to 1987. Where Rues held the position of General Manager. In addition he was directly responsible for four departments: Safety & Security, Human Resources, Marketing & Sales and Food & Beverage. (2) The unique tasks were:
To reactive a hotel in extreme difficulty in the midst of the guerrilla war in El Salvador;
To manage the hotel during and
in the aftermath of El Salvadors disastrous Earthquake (3) of
October 10, 1986.
